Keep the Creep Away!

Last week we had the Sweep, this week it’s the Creep.

We get a message inside our body when we’ve been sitting too long.
It’s called the Posture Creep. What we do with that message is oh so key.

Don’t let the Posture Creep weigh you down.

It’s when you get tangled up in yourself. That uncomfortableness starts locking you in and down.

It’s actually really called Tissue Creep. It strikes when you’ve been sitting in a stale position for a bit of time. And that time can be as short as 15 minutes. Maybe even less. Depends on your level of tolerance.

Don’t tolerate the Creep.

The creep contributes to the bing-bang-pangs that your intelligent body is alerting you to.

Are you paying attention?

Pay attention to it.
